Omega 3 in Fish Prevent Heart Attack

 
欧米加3脂肪酸

  多吃含欧米加3脂肪酸的鱼,特别是含这类鱼油多的小鱼,如沙丁鱼和鲭鱼,有助于预防心脏病。欧米加3脂肪酸,能减少心律不齐的发生率,也能降低甘油三酯的含量,因而能降低血压和降低发炎,有助于防止血栓形成。虽然三文鱼和金枪鱼也富含欧米加3脂肪酸,但它们的寿命长体型大,体内可能积存较多有害物质如水银,小孩、孕妇不宜多吃。

There are a lot of Omega3 in small fishes like Sardines. Can prevent heart attack.
However avoid eating bigger fishes like Salmon cos' their body sizes are bigger, thus 'may' contains more mercury. Children and pregnant women consume less of this bigger fish.
